Order a LemonBooking subscription

Instructions

Fill out this form to order your subscription. If you haven't tried LemonBooking yet — we recommend you start by signing up for a free 30-day trial or on YouTube.

We can convert a trial into a live system so you won't lose any time (or effort) by starting with a free trial — even if you already know you want to go ahead with LemonBooking.

Ready to order?

Pay by Direct Debit or bank transfer. (No credit card required.)
Your trial will be converted to a live system within 3 days.
Customer support Mon–Fri, 9am to 4pm.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time — there's no notice period. If you do, we'll refund any full, pre-paid months you haven't used yet. One-off extras such as domain names, email accounts, data imports and training are non-refundable. See section 9.2 of our terms for details.

Payment terms & PO numbers

Our standard payment terms are 14 days. If your organisation cannot pay invoices within 14 days you must contact us to request 30 days to pay before ordering your subscription. If you require PO numbers to be displayed on invoices a PO number must be included on this order form in section 2. Terms of service

Billed in GBP. Price for 1 system with 8 facilities on the silver plan. Reverse charge VAT *

* If you are VAT registered, you must include this VAT on your VAT return (you account for it yourself, not us). If you are not VAT registered, you do not need to pay or declare VAT. However, the value of the subscription still counts towards your VAT registration threshold.

Subscription term

Save with a longer term. Multi-year subscriptions are invoiced and paid upfront for the whole term.

4. Domain name

Choose the web address for your booking site. You can change this later.

Use a LemonBooking subdomain Free e.g. your-venue.lemonbooking.com — ready straight away Connect a domain you already own Free e.g. your-venue.org — we'll email setup instructions Register a new domain name £12 / year We'll check availability and suggest alternatives if your first choice is taken

We'll set your subdomain up for you. (Usually the one already in use for your trial.)

6. Confirm & submit

All required boxes must be ticked before you can submit.
