Please log in to your system for priority support. Support is available Monday to Friday, during business hours.
If your query is about a specific booking, customer or invoice, please include the reference number so we can identify the issue quickly.
Enquiring from Ireland?
Irish venues are on the same plans as British ones, and we are in the same time zone. Ask us for a quote in euro, paid by SEPA Direct Debit from an Irish account. We invoice from Denmark as an EU supplier, so there is no VAT to add either way.

Payments
If you have signed up to pay by Direct Debit, payment will be taken automatically. When making a payment, please include your invoice number (e.g. INV-1234) in the payment reference so we can match it up quickly. If you need to query an invoice or are unable to pay, please email contact@lemonbooking.com.
