Can one community center booking system handle several rooms at once?

Yes — manage a main hall, studios and meeting rooms from a single calendar, each with its own capacity, rates and booking rules. Staff see every space side by side, and the system blocks clashes so two renters can't take the same room at the same time.

Can volunteers and board members have different access?

Yes — admin, editor and view-only roles cover the common cases. Every change is audit-logged so board members can see who approved, declined or invoiced each booking, without giving everyone full access.

How do recurring bookings work?

Define the pattern once — weekly, every two weeks, monthly or first Monday of the month — and LemonBooking generates the calendar entries automatically. Most regular renters are billed monthly, but you can also invoice weekly, quarterly, or simply all upfront. School breaks and canceled sessions are handled by removing individual dates, leaving the rest untouched.

Can we replace our website with LemonBooking?

Yes — the built-in website editor shares content with the booking system, so a facility's photo, capacity and price only need to be edited once. The website editor, SSL and web hosting are included with all subscription plans.

Can we run ticketed events too?
