User-friendly room booking software
The system is user-friendly for staff and customers, WCAG compliant, highly customisable and includes features designed specifically for public libraries. For example you can collect information from customers about room setup/layout and public liability insurance, track whether PREVENT checks have been carried out and take online payments with integrations to CivicaPay, Pay360, WorldPay and others.
You can also configure different pricing tiers and tax rates (e.g. free for library staff, no VAT for council staff, full price for external customers) as well as special payment methods/options for certain customers (e.g. allow internal customers to pay with a cost centre code and large organisations to pay by invoice).
Integrations
LemonBooking can connect to a range of third party tools so you can fit it seamlessly into your existing workflows. With the Gold plan, there is also API access and on the Gold+ plan, there is the possibility to make custom integrations.
