Yes — publish a live calendar of every studio. Clients see what's free, pick a start time and duration, and the system prices the booking automatically. Set buffer times between bookings so kit can be reset between sessions.

Can we add equipment hire to a booking?

Yes — offer add-ons such as lenses, lighting kits, instruments, backdrops and stylists. Each has its own stock count, so the system prevents double-booking, and you can charge per session, per hour or per item.
