Frequently asked questions
How much does LemonBooking cost?
Plans start at $245 a year for Bronze, billed annually, with Silver and Gold above that. Every plan includes your website, booking calendar, online payments and your first 8 facilities — with no set-up fees, and a 30-day free trial so you can try the whole system before you commit. Use the calculator above for an exact figure.
What is a system?
A “system” is a single LemonBooking instance for one organization, with its own URL, calendar and customer list. Most community centers need just one. Districts and nonprofits running multiple venues sometimes need several — each system can serve up to three physical locations.
What is a facility?
Any space you take bookings for: a main hall, a meeting room, a kitchen, a tennis court, a ball field, a bowling lane. The first 8 facilities are included in every plan; extra facilities are $16 per year each.
Are there set-up fees? Can I try it first?
No set-up fees, on any plan. When you start your trial we set your system up from your sign-up answers — your rooms, prices, booking forms and website. Fill in our templates and we import your customers and bookings too, during the trial or once you've ordered.
Then try it free for 30 days, no obligation. After the trial, choose a plan — or walk away.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions under $1,000 a year must be paid by ACH Debit. Larger subscriptions can be paid by ACH Debit or bank transfer. Government and public-sector organizations are not required to pay by ACH Debit. If you can only pay by credit or debit card, contact us before subscribing. We do not accept checks or cash.
Which domain names can you register for us?
We can register a new domain ending in .com or .org for any venue, as well as .co.uk, .org.uk and .uk in the UK; .ca in Canada; .com.au and .au in Australia; and .co.nz, .org.nz and .nz in New Zealand.
A .ca, .com.au or .au domain is registered in your own organization's name, because those registries require a Canadian or Australian presence.

Discounts for charities?
We don't offer specific charity discounts because most of our customers are charities — instead, we've worked hard to make our pricing fair and accessible for everyone from the start.
Is our data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit, backed up daily, and hosted on AWS. We never sell your data, and share it only with the services that run LemonBooking.
How do I cancel?
No cancellation fees. Email contact@lemonbooking.com and your cancellation will be registered on the next working day. Any unused months are refunded straight away.
I need more than 3 systems — what's the price?
Two systems are 15% off and three are 25% off, on every system; four or more are priced on request. Get in touch for a quote, and we can build custom integrations for third-party systems not on the standard plans.
