LemonBooking website privacy policy
This policy covers this website: what we collect when you visit it or fill in one of its forms, what we use it for, how long we keep it, who else sees it, and your rights. If your organization tries or uses LemonBooking, our privacy policy for clients covers that, and if you book a room or buy a ticket from a venue that uses LemonBooking, the venue’s own privacy policy covers that booking.
This privacy policy is effective as of October 12, 2026. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Contact information
LemonBooking is a trading name of Tectonic Software ApS, which is the company responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy or the handling of your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer at contact@lemonbooking.com
Cookies & tracking technologies
We measure how this website is used with Fathom Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.
Anything else this site stores in your browser is there to make it work — remembering which region you are reading, for example. You may disable cookies through your web browser at any time, but this may affect your ability to use certain features on our website.
Communications
We may use your personal information to send you communications about our products and services. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us at contact@lemonbooking.com
Other websites & services
This website may contain links to other websites and services. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites and services, and we recommend that you review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
Choosing your region
This website is published for several regions, each with its own prices and payment options. When you arrive at an address that does not name one, we look up the country your IP address belongs to so we can send you to the version written for you. You can move between regions at any time using the switcher in the menu.
The lookup happens on our own servers, against a database held there, so your IP address is not sent to anyone else. It is used to choose a region and nothing else: the lookup keeps no record of it, and it is not used to identify you or work out where you are beyond the country.
This feature uses GeoLite data provided by maxmind.com
Security
We take the protection of your personal information seriously and have implemented appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Individual rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request that any inaccuracies be corrected. You also have the right to request that your personal information be deleted, to object to our using it, and to withdraw your consent to marketing messages. To exercise these rights, please send us a message using the contact form.
We extend these rights to every visitor, wherever you live, rather than only where a law requires us to. If the state you live in gives you further rights over your personal information, ask us using the same form and we will honor them.
What we collect & why
We collect what you type into the forms on this website:
- The contact form: your name, email address and organization, what you would like to know, and how you heard about us.
- Asking for our demo video: your email address, your country, the kind of organization you are and the plan you are looking at.
With each form we also record the IP address it was sent from, so we can deal with automated submissions.
We use this information to answer your inquiries and send you what you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Signing up for a free trial, ordering a subscription or cancelling one is covered by our privacy policy for clients.
