LemonBooking privacy policy
At LemonBooking, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our customers and website visitors. This privacy policy outlines the types of information we collect, how it is used and protected, and the rights of individuals with regard to their personal information.
This privacy policy is effective as of 1 September 2026. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Contact information
LemonBooking is a trading name of Tectonic Software ApS, which is the company responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy or the handling of your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer at contact@lemonbooking.com
Cookies & tracking technologies
We measure how this website is used with Fathom Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.
We also use Google’s advertising tag to measure which of our own ads bring visitors to the site. It loads only if you arrive from one of our Google ads, or when you submit one of our forms, and it sets Google advertising cookies when it does.
Anything else this site stores in your browser is there to make it work — remembering which region you are reading, for example. You may disable cookies through your web browser at any time, but this may affect your ability to use certain features on our website.
Communications
We may use your personal information to send you communications about our products and services. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us at contact@lemonbooking.com
Other websites & services
This website may contain links to other websites and services. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites and services, and we recommend that you review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
Choosing your region
This website is published for several regions, each with its own prices and payment options. When you arrive at an address that does not name one, we look up the country your IP address belongs to so we can send you to the version written for you. You can move between regions at any time using the switcher in the menu.
The lookup happens on our own servers, against a database held there, so your IP address is not sent to anyone else. It is used to choose a region and nothing else: the lookup keeps no record of it, and it is not used to identify you or work out where you are beyond the country.
This product includes GeoLite data provided by maxmind.com
Information collection & usage
When you use the contact form on our website, or ask us for a demonstration, we collect the details you type in — your name, email address and the name of your organisation, what you would like to know, and how you heard about us — together with the IP address the form was submitted from, which we keep so we can deal with automated submissions.
We use this information to respond to your enquiries and provide you with the information or services you have requested. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
We retain personally identifiable information for a period of one year. After this time, the information will be securely deleted.
Security
We take the protection of your personal information seriously and have implemented appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Individual rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request that any inaccuracies be corrected. You also have the right to request that your personal information be deleted, to object to our using it, and to withdraw your consent to marketing messages. To exercise these rights, please send us a message using the contact form.
In Australia these rights are the ones the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 give you, and our Privacy Officer answers requests under it. If our response does not satisfy you, you can take the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au
In New Zealand the equivalent is the Privacy Act 2020, and complaints go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz
