One venue management system, every kind of site.
Most multi-site organisations run a real mix of buildings — a community centre here, a sports facility booking system there, meeting room booking software and studio booking software across town. LemonBooking is venue management software that runs them all on one platform, with one customer list and one set of accounts across every venue and site.

See every venue, side by side.
Stop stitching together spreadsheets from each site. Portfolio reports put every venue in one table — so head office can compare booking requests and booking value across the whole portfolio, and spot a venue that's gone quiet.
- Booking requests, booking value, new users and last staff login, per venue
- Any date range, with totals compared with the period before
- Occupancy and income reports in each venue, plus outstanding invoices exported to Excel
Each venue, its own front door.
Every site gets its own online calendar, booking form, pricing and branding — on its own URL or embedded straight into your own website. The public only sees the venue they're booking; head office sees them all.
- Separate calendar, booking form and rates per venue
- Automatic price estimates and conflict checking on every booking request
- Embed into each venue's own site, or build them with our website editor

Manage multiple venues from head office.
Three things that come for free when every venue is on one platform.
-
Centralised access control
-
Per-venue staff permissions, set once in client admin. Give someone full access to one site, view-only at another and nothing at the rest — without handing over the keys to head office.
-
Centralised document management
-
Upload hire agreements, T&Cs, risk assessments and policies in the client admin, then push them out to every site. Roll out a new version with a single click — the audit log records who changed it, and when.
-
Audit log for every venue
-
Every approval, decline, invoice and refund at a venue is recorded in its audit log against the person who made it. Search it by name or reference, or export it to Excel, to answer trustee or auditor questions in minutes, not hours.
Head office sees all. Each site sees its own.
Add each person once in client admin, then scope their access venue by venue — admin, manager, editor or view-only. A site manager works only in their venue; head office oversees them all, and each venue's audit log records who approved, invoiced or refunded, and when.
- Require two-factor authentication for staff at every venue
- Roles scoped per venue — staff see only their sites
- Full audit log — who approved, invoiced or refunded?

Let trusted hirers pay by cost code.
Some hirers shouldn't have to reach for a card. When someone signs up with an email address on a domain you trust — a council, university or partner organisation — LemonBooking recognises them on the spot and applies the rules you've set. The most common one: staff charge room hire to a cost code, billed internally, instead of paying online.
- Nominate a domain — e.g. @riverside.gov.au — and every new account on it is recognised
- Pay by cost code instead of card, with cost centre billing handled internally
- Auto-apply staff pricing, waive deposits and approve trusted hirers on sign-up
Tell your account manager which domains to trust and we'll set the rules up for you.
- Pay by cost code Cost centre billing
- Staff rates Pricing group applied
- Auto-approved Trusted hirer
Bulk-invoice each venue's regulars in one run.
At a busy venue the regular bookings stack up — the preschool every weekday, the bowls club every Tuesday, the dance school every Saturday. Every venue can generate a month's invoices for its regular hirers in a single run — by date range, booking group or category — instead of raising each one by hand.
- Every venue generates a month's invoices for its regular hirers in one run.
- Standardise it across all sites — set billing policies once in global settings and apply them to every venue.
- Email with a payment link, download as PDFs or export to your accounting package — with automated reminders chasing the overdue ones.

Customer review from Trustpilot
“Our set up was fairly complex, as we have a number of venues and different spaces to hire at each location, but the team guided us through the implementation, which has gone very smoothly. Paul and the team have been super helpful and have supported us through the entire process, to ensure our requirements were met.”
Frequently asked questions
Planning a rollout across several sites? Talk to us.
How much does venue management software cost?
Plans start at $1,190 a year for Gold, billed annually. That covers the first venue, and each further venue is another system at 30% off. Your website, hosting and SSL are included, as are email support and the online help centre, and there are no set-up fees. Portfolios with more than eight bookable spaces per venue pay a small extra charge for each; the pricing page sets out what each plan covers. Card fees, where you take card payments, go to the payment provider rather than to us.
Which venue management software runs several sites from one login?
LemonBooking is built for it. Each venue gets its own calendar, booking form, pricing and branding, on its own URL or embedded into its own site, while head office manages the whole portfolio from one login with portfolio reports and global settings.
How do I sell tickets for events at several venues at once?
Run a ticketed event at each venue and sell seats online from its own page. Paid tickets cost 40 cents plus payment-provider fees; free events are free. Set capacity per venue so you never oversell a room.
How do I handle enquiries for multiple venues without missing bookings?
Each venue's booking requests wait in its own bookings list until someone approves or declines them, with an email to the venue and to any of its staff who opt in, and enquiries from its contact form go to its own email address. Give a site manager access to just their venue and head office access to every venue, with one login to move between them, while each venue's audit log records who replied and when.
Can we control who has access to each venue?
Yes — add each person once in client admin, then give them admin, manager, editor or view-only access venue by venue. Head office can require two-factor authentication at every venue, and each venue's audit log records who approved, declined, invoiced or refunded, and when.
Can staff pay by cost code instead of a card?
Yes — nominate the email domains you trust, such as a council, university or partner organisation, and anyone who signs up with an address on one is recognised automatically. LemonBooking can set them up to charge room hire to a cost code, billed internally, instead of paying online, and can also apply staff pricing, waive deposits or auto-approve them. Tell your account manager which domains to trust.
Can you build custom integrations with our own systems?
Yes — alongside the documented REST API, our in-house development team can connect LemonBooking to your finance, identity and reporting systems. Your dedicated account manager will scope and quote the work with you.
Can we compare performance across all our venues?
Yes — portfolio reports put every venue side by side, so head office can compare booking requests, booking value and new users across the whole portfolio for any date range, and see when each venue's staff last logged in. For the detail, each venue has its own occupancy and income reports, and exports its outstanding invoices and other data to Excel.
Does it work on mobile for head office and site managers?
Yes — LemonBooking runs in any web browser, so head office and site managers can approve bookings, check the portfolio and respond to enquiries on a phone, tablet or laptop. With nothing to install per site, a new venue's team is up and running the moment you grant their login.
Ready to run all your venues on LemonBooking?
Talk to us about your venues and we'll map out a phased rollout with a dedicated account manager — from global settings and staff access to bringing each venue online.
