Most sports venues have compound facilities: a sports hall that's also two badminton courts, a full pitch that splits into two 5-a-sides. LemonBooking handles the relationships automatically — book the whole space and its sub-areas block out, book one sub-area and the whole space becomes unavailable.

One-time access codes, driven by the calendar.

When a booking is confirmed, LemonBooking generates a one-time access code and emails it to the hirer 30 minutes before play. It expires the moment their slot ends — no shared codes leaking, no staff trip to unlock the gate.

Yes — set the pattern once and LemonBooking books a league or block hirer into the same slot every week, fortnight or season. Bill them on a recurring cycle — monthly is typical, or weekly, quarterly or per season — rather than one invoice for the whole run, and skip public holidays and postponements without unpicking the rest. Can we take pay-and-play card payments on the door?

Yes. A casual player books an open slot, pays by card and is confirmed on the spot, with a one-time access code sent for that slot only. Front-desk staff can also take a card payment on a SumUp reader at reception, so a walk-in is logged against the same calendar as your online bookings.

Is there a mobile app for managing facility bookings?

There's nothing to install. LemonBooking runs in any web browser, so front-desk staff and duty managers check the diary, approve a request and take a payment from a phone or tablet at reception — and a laptop in the office. It's the same live diary on every screen, so the duty manager and the front desk are never looking at different bookings.
