A steady roster of regular hirers keeps the lights on at most community centres — yoga every Tuesday, scout troops every Wednesday, the WI on the first Monday of the month. A busy centre rarely charges everyone the same. Residents pay one rate, non-residents and businesses another, partner organisations a third. Set up the booking groups once in our community centre management software and the right price applies on every booking — no manual calculations, no awkward conversations.

Some hirers earn special terms — the nursery that block-books mornings all year, or a charity partner on a negotiated deal. Set a private rate that only that customer sees when they sign in, leaving your published prices untouched for everyone else.

Can one community centre booking system handle several rooms at once?
Yes — manage a main hall, studios and meeting rooms from a single calendar, each with its own capacity, rates and booking rules. Staff see every space side by side, and the system blocks clashes so two hirers can't take the same room at the same time.
Can volunteers and trustees have different access?
Yes — admin, editor and view-only roles cover the common cases. Every change is audit-logged so trustees can see who approved, declined or invoiced each booking, without giving everyone full access.
How do recurring bookings work?
Define the pattern once — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or first Monday of the month — and LemonBooking generates the calendar entries automatically. Most regular hirers are billed monthly, but you can also invoice weekly, quarterly, or simply all upfront. Half-term breaks and cancelled sessions are handled by removing individual dates, leaving the rest untouched.
Can we replace our website with LemonBooking?
