Discount codes module
All plans
You can now generate discount codes for bookings in LemonBooking using the new (free) discount code module. Discounts can be applied to facility (space) hire and/or resource allocations — and they can be limited by booking group, booking category and customer.
You can also set requirements for a minimum number of sessions (e.g. discount for 8+ sessions), a minimum booking value (15% off bookings over £100) and limit how many times a code can be used (£10 off for the first 10 customers).
There are also date filters and you can exclude bookings with other discounts.


Videos & guides for the help centre
All plans
Following on from the complete revamp of the help centre in the last update - we have started to record and upload short videos to the help centre that show how to complete everyday admin tasks like making bookings on behalf of customers and generating invoices.
We have also started adding guides to the help centre as well. The help centre primarily consists of many small articles on a range of topics. The guides we are adding on the other hand are longform, and go into depth on a particular subject or module.
New shortcuts for admin tasks

This update includes new shortcuts for common admin tasks:
- Fees/Discounts can be applied to a booking when generating an invoice.
- An invoice can be issued automatically when booking on behalf of a customer.
- Future sessions can be deleted immediately when cancelling a booking.
- Email templates can now be duplicated.
- Billing (invoice) templates can also be copied.


New website options page
All plans
We have created a new options page to display all the configuration options you have for your website in LemonBooking. These options include connecting a domain, customising SEO settings, enabling website analytics and controlling customer access to the system.
If you don't already have a domain we can register one for you, for £12 pa.
Class signups
All plans
We've added an option for staff - and class organisers - to email people who are signed up to a class and we've added an option to take in-person card payments for class signups. (Requires a Solo card reader).
Ticketing updates
All plans
Updates for ticketed events:
- An option to require immediate upfront payment has been added.
- It is now possible to create ticket types that are only visible to staff.
- The "payment button" call to action can now be renamed.
- It's possible to send a group email to people who are checked into an event.
- Events can now be shared to Facebook, Instagram and X.
Sage module

The Sage module will now automatically highlight invoices with missing ledger account codes and customer billing addresses if API exports are enabled.
Automatic bulk invoicing

New automation settings have been added so you can set an invoice template and an email template for the system to use when processing automatic bulk invoicing tasks. Previously the system has only been able to use the "default" templates.
Customers
All plans
It is now possible for staff to send password reset emails to customers directly and the system will display any applicable flags (e.g. overdue invoice) when a staff member makes a booking on behalf of a customer.
API updates

API updates in the latest release:
- Added booking and customer custom questions to the API.
- Added an API endpoint for booking restrictions.
- Add facility (hex) colours to API responses.
- Add new endpoints to the API for ticketed events.
