Fully customisable booking forms

It's now possible to create custom booking forms — you can decide exactly what fields you need on your forms, which facilities can be booked, how customers should pay, which email & invoice templates will be used and much more.

You can also create multiple forms per booking system. For example, you might have a simple form with (immediate) online payment for people to book a tennis court and a more extensive form, that requires prior approval by staff, for customers to book your indoor facilities.

New features for ticketing

If you sell tickets with LemonBooking (or plan to) you can take advantage of two new features for the Events module.

The first is a "group email" function which allows you to quickly and easily contact people who have bought tickets for an event. You can filter recipients by event, order status (paid, not paid, refunded, etc.) and type of message.

The second is a new staff role for ticketing. You can give volunteers who are helping you with your event(s) this Ticketing role to allow them to process orders and check people in — but not access other parts of the system.

Booking task updates

Booking tasks are a popular way to create custom workflows for approving new booking requests. The latest update includes an option to create different workflows for one-off (single) and regular (repeat) bookings.

We've also added a new page that shows all your booking tasks so you can quickly get an overview of what has (and hasn't) been done. You can filter by status (pending, approved, etc.), booking type (single/repeat), and date range.

You can also complete, reset and dismiss tasks directly from the overview.

Custom questions
All plans

You can now create two sub levels of custom questions. An example could be to ask if a customer is booking for a party, then if "Yes", to ask if they plan on using a bouncy castle, and then if "Yes" (again), to ask them to upload their public liability insurance.

Custom questions are your own questions that you can add to booking forms, customer registration pages, contact forms and even ticket ordering forms.

We've added a new export option to the Downloads page for receipts, a shortcut to the bookings list to quickly generate an invoice and new "relation" options for billing codes to match by customer and/or booking category.

If you connect a bookkeeping service, you can use billing codes to match things that you invoice for in LemonBooking against accounts in your finance system.

We've also added new facility/calendar colours, daily & quarterly membership subscription options, the option to filter work schedules by a particular booking group and the option to download all the prices on a price list.
