Professional invoicing
You can generate invoices for your bookings with just a couple of clicks. The LemonBooking system will automatically fill out details for the customer, the booking and your payment details — all you need to do is decide what to bill for.
Most halls have different payment terms for one-off and regular customers. To handle this, you can set up different invoice templates in the booking system for different types of customer.
You can connect your invoice templates to online payment providers (including Stripe & PayPal) to allow your customers to pay online. You can also set a limit for online payments to ensure large invoices are paid by BACS and you can avoid costly percentage-based transaction fees from these third party services.
