This month we're releasing a large number of small changes including a new option for ticketing, calendar updates, new export files, custom rota tasks, booking tasks on the Silver/Gold plan and new report filters. Details below.
New option to limit ticket sales
When you create an event using the ticketing module, you can now choose to limit how many tickets each person can order. If you don't choose a maximum then ticket sales will not be limited. You can see an example of the order form below:
Customers on the Bronze plan will already be familiar with booking tasks. This is a really popular feature that we have decided to bring to the Silver & Gold plans as well. For each booking request you process, you can now define a checklist of tasks that should be carried out by staff and monitor your progress on the bookings page.
As those of you who are already using LemonBooking will have seen, we added a new styling option to the calendar at the start of the month to highlight pending/provisional bookings. Sessions belonging to these bookings will now be striped on the calendar:
We've also made a small update to the 'Day' view for the calendar so it uses the colours you have selected to identify each facility.
New export files
We've added two new Excel export options. The first is the option to export answers to your custom questions for bookings and customers along with contact details for the respondents. The second is a new export option for booking restrictions for the Silver and Gold plans.
Custom rota tasks
If you have used the rota module you'll be familiar with the standard tasks — opening, closing and cleaning. We've now opened this up with a new settings page so you can create your own tasks for the rota.
Group email limit
The limit for group email recipients has been increased to 1,000.
Filter reports by customer
You can now also filter your occupancy and financial reports by customer.Back to list
